Yes! Flexible working is important at the Rivers Trust and we are happy to talk flexible working during recruitment.
We don't work in a head office and our employees live all over the UK and Ireland. All of our roles are home-based, many are remote, and all are at least hybrid.
If it's hybrid, it will require visits to member trusts, farms, events or other sites - we will outline these cases in adverts and discuss more at interview.
Time off in lieu is also available by agreement with the your line manager during exceptionally busy periods.
You can also work a nine-day fortnight as a default if that works best for you, using compressed hours.
We are flexible about when you work as long as it meets the needs of your role. We are also happy to talk through adjustments to working hours to suit disablities or caring responsibilities during recruitment.
